The Joomla! Core Team consists of volunteer developers, designers, administrators and managers who, together with a large range of Work Groups of dedicated community members have taken Joomla! to new heights in its relatively short life. This well-oiled machine is often copied but never surpassed. Joomla! has some wonderfully talented people taking Open Source concepts to the forefront of industry standards. Joomla! 1.5 is a major leap forward and represents the most exciting Joomla! release in the history of the project.

While all WSR members are Chinese-American, but Americans have made large contributions to the success of WSR and the careers of the members we serve. WSR ultimately is a benefit for all professionals within the capital market community.
The WSR appreciates the interest and willingness of individual members to be a part of the WSR' volunteer team. Currently, volunteers help WSR by providing on-site program assistance at our general membership evening events. Applicants should be a member of the WSR for at least one year to qualify.

The Corporate Program serves an international membership consisting of leading global corporations. In addition to the distinct and diverse resources available to corporate members through WSREN.org, publications, and research by in-house experts, WSR regularly hosts high-profile speakers between the US-China. Recent visiting leaders include Citigroup Vice Chairman, Goldman Sachs Intl Chairman, People Bank of China, Vice Chairman, and IMF's Vice Chairman, and CIC's CEO.
The Corporate Program hosts many events, where members will have the opportunity to interact with some of the world's leading minds in business and finance, focusing on important the U.S.-Asia challenges. The annual two-day Corporate Conference, held at WSR's New York headquarters, addresses the most pressing the U.S.-Asia business concerns. CFR also offers a number of Corporate Program roundtable series on current global priorities. These series currently include the Basic Element Oversea Invetment Series, the Peter Wang Roundtable Series on International Economics, the LiHong Executive Roundtable Series in International Economics, and the Citigroup, Global Chinese Leaders Series. In addition, the Corporate Program works closely with WSR's Henry R. Tang Center for Geoeconomic Studies, which takes an interdisciplinary approach to the links between US-Asia economics and financial policy. Corporate members may also have the opportunity to be directly involved in the work of the fellows through study groups and roundtable discussions. Some of the noted scholars you will meet at WSR include world-renowned economist Shangjin Wei, Chinese domestic and economic policy expert Pingfan Hong, national trading expert Tong Hu, and acclaimed author and journalist Mike Wu.
