Membership
As WSR members commit invaluable time and resource towards promoting the goals of WSR, our members embody quality, diversity, contribution, and balance. The total number of members exceeds 400, yet the WSR membership still remains an intimate community. WSR provides these members with an efficient environment for intellectual exchange. They communicate at WSR headquarters during meetings or events, as well as outside WSR.
In 2010, we reached a remarkable milestone; we have grown to more than 430 members, with at least 320 managing directors. With this diverse group of professionals comes profound intellectual attainment and expertise. Their skills have been cultivated by their extensive experience, interest, and involvement in the capital market. We are very proud that our membership is comprised of professionals from all corners of the capital market industry -- representing credit, equity, derivative, fixed income, risk and portfolio management, as well as research and strategy roles. This breadth of expertise provides a rich, varied resource pool from which all mutually benefit.
With such qualities, our members contribute to the goals of WSR, as they are all actively participatory in WSR's activities; and this is the only due that we expect.
