The Wall Street Council offers a formal network of Peking University (Beijing University) alumni, parents, and friends in the financial profession that develops collaborative relationships and fosters greater synergy between the University and the financial community around the world—particularly the New York market.

Peking University constituents from the Schools of Management, Law, and Arts and Sciences, along with other educational research programs directly related to the interests of the financial community, are involved with the activities of the Council.

The Wall Street Council has also created several scholarship programs and initiated activities such as the Wall Street Council outing, and most notably and the annual Wall Street Council Tribute Dinner with Dean in New York City
