WSR’s culture encourages the merger of entrepreneurship with public service. Thus, our motto is 'entrepreneurship in the service of U.S.-China public interest'. We cultivate public trust by never compromising our institutional integrity. We constantly strive to win the respect of our members and constituents by conducting all our activities in a first-class manner. We can serve our communities best by acting as a role model for a highly interactive, open and fast learning community. Our mission is best realized through activities which promote economic and social development. We believe that economic progress without social development is not sustainable, while social development without economic progress is not feasible.
Through its initiatives and strategic insights, the WSR convenes U.S.-China business leaders and paves the way for their involvement in living communities of common interest and purpose. To carry out this mission, the WSR has developed an integrated value chain anchored on the involvement of Wall Street business leaders in communities.
Wall Street Ren volunteers for various projects throughout the year. Our members also undertake fundraising campaigns to help people in China enjoy benefits such as health, mentoring and education. On fund-rasing, Wall Street Ren’s goal is to bring together China's financial and capital institutions, world-renowned capital enterprises and fund-raising and securities organizations to create an invaluable opportunity for future cooperation by all sides. Many of our members enjoy volunteering both within the organization and in their personal lives, which allows them to help others learn what Wall Street Ren has to offer the community.
