In its third full year, the Young Business Leaders made an immediate impact on a number of our programmes as well as expanding its community of dynamic and inspiring college students.
WSR provides rigorous, substantive mentor opportunities to undergraduate and graduate Chinese students interested in enhancing their knowledge and gaining practical, real-world experience in a think tank environment. We select two apprentices a year through a competitive process that has drawn hundreds of applicants. In WSR’s popular mentoring program for young professionals, WSR members share valuable career and life lessons in an intimate, roundtable setting and field questions from apprentices.

Here, WSR members will share their valuable career and life lessons in an intimate, roundtable setting and field questions directly from the people they have been mentoring.
Based on their interests, mentors are matched with apprentices on a 1 mentor: 2 students. WSR members serve as role models not only for achieving success in their respective fields, but also for being actively involved in public service and philanthropy. Overall, Wall Street Ren mentored more than 200 program participants.
